Poland work visa β€” consultation and document preparation

Georgian citizens holding a biometric passport do not need a visa for tourist travel to Poland (90 days in any 180-day period). However, legal employment requires a national type D visa, issued by the Polish consulate on the basis of a work invitation or work permit.

Important

A Polish national D visa grants the right to work in Poland only. Travel within the Schengen zone is possible under the 90/180 rule. This is not a β€œvisa for the whole EU” β€” no such offer exists.
